Who We Are

Game Changers Leadership Institute (GCLI) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering BIPOC youth to become future leaders, activists, and organizers. Founded with a strong belief in the power of BIPOC youth to bring about transformative and systems change, GCLI operates with a mission to unlock their potential and amplify their voices. Our focus is equipping our youth with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively lead and advocate for their communities. The role of a program director here is not just of an executor but of a mentor and guide, helping to strategize for success and ensure our programs' fruition from conception to completion. As we strive for growth and expansion, GCLI seeks a leader with a strong sense of community, exceptional organizational and planning skills, and the drive to make a difference in the lives of BIPOC youth in the Inland Empire.
