    About Us

I’m A Father F1rst (FF1RST) Inc, is a community based non-profit organization that was established by co-founders Keith A. Lewis, Jr. and Jermaine Clarke. I'm A Father F1rst is a one of a kind foundation that seeks to impact the cohesiveness of the family by focusing on rebuilding the fathers’ roles within the community. We truly believe in the principle, "WE ARE THE VILLAGE". In 2018, we have provided new shoes, haircuts, and uniforms for kids in need, ages 5 -16, hosted sports and agility camps, assisted with sponsorship for a local sports team, and many other acts of services. We know that standing in the gap for fatherless kids not only helps build the young man’s self-esteem but also builds the community.

We are an organization with a clear vision and a passion for the future. FF1RST grew from a t-shirt mission sauce company to a thriving non-profit organization. Our goal is to meet on a consistent basis with our mentees while teaching them a skill, teaching them how to take pride in their community, and how to become a faithful servant to the cause.

Our staff, board members, and community supporters provide volunteer work for our projects and community activities. We need volunteers and grant writers
