BIG SISTER LITTLE SISTER MENTORING PROGRAM

Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is a national, award-winning 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering women, youth, and communities to excel academically, embrace personal growth, lead with purpose, and thrive holistically. BSLS has expanded to 29 chapters across 14+ states and has impacted over 15,000 individuals nationwide.

We create meaningful opportunities for mentorship, leadership development, community service, wellness, and career readiness. BSLS connects mentees with mentors, builds confidence, and develops future world changemakers who serve and uplift their communities.

BSLS programs and events include:
