NWSL Players Association

The NWSLPA is the voice and advocate of NWSL players. Our objective is to elevate professional standards in NWSL so that every Player can pursue a long-lasting, sustainable, and fulfilling career as a professional soccer player. We are the labor union that serves as the exclusive bargaining representative of all NWSL players. Operating as a democratic organization, our members elect an Executive Committee and Player Representatives from each NWSL team to govern and make decisions on behalf of all players. Our union is Player-centered, Player-led, and organized by and for Players.

The NWSL Players Association (“NWSLPA”) is the labor union that represents women’s professional soccer players in the NWSL, the top women’s domestic professional soccer league in the United States. The NWSLPA is led by Players, for Players, and is a proud affiliate of the AFL-CIO, the largest federation of labor unions in the United States.
