About Us
Planet Wise Solutions partners with indigenous communities in the rainforest regions of Oaxaca and Chiapas, Mexico to co-develop clean, culturally grounded technologies that improve health, conserve natural resources, and strengthen local leadership. Our programs include high-efficiency clean cookstoves, rainwater harvesting and purification systems, and composting latrines-designed and built with direct community input. By training and employing local people, especially women, we ensure long-term adoption and impact. With a 100% acceptance rate and durable technologies, we are redefining community-led innovation in Latin America, one household at a time.
Water for Humans is a Seattle-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2008 with a mission to provide low-cost, sustainable clean water and sanitation solutions to underserved communities-ensuring water remains a local, public resource. We collaborate with local communities, NGOs, businesses, universities, and governments to increase access to clean water, eliminate blackwater, treat wastewater sustainably, create jobs, and protect water resources through innovative public-private partnerships.
