    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    WHAT YOU WILL DO :

    As the Operations Manager, you will help lead and sustain the heartbeat of UBFSF.

    You’ll coordinate teams, implement systems, and maintain the essential functions that keep our mission alive and growing. Specifically, you will:

    Oversee the daily operations of the organization.

    Supervise the administrative volunteer staff, including:

    Development Committee (Fundraising, Budget & Finance)

    Program and Project Managers

    Web Development team

    Media & Marketing Director

    Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and systems

    Recruit, organize, and supervise volunteers under your direction

    Manage budgets and prepare financial reports with the Development Committee

    📋 RESPONSIBILITIES

    Oversee project timelines, administrative workflows, and team communications

    Ensure adherence to legal, reporting, and compliance requirements

    Manage financial oversight systems and accountability protocols

    Coordinate with technical volunteers to manage tools and platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Clockify, Canva, Slack, etc.)

    Train and support volunteers in their respective roles

    Monitor and evaluate volunteer performance, providing feedback and direction

    Collaborate closely with the Executive Secretary and founder to ensure strategic alignment

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, project management, nonprofit administration, or a related field

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

    Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

    Familiarity with nonprofit compliance, budgeting, and team supervision

    Comfortable working in a fully remote, tech-integrated environment
