    The Director of Community Engagement and Career Development at FutureTech Foundation will play a pivotal role in building strong connections with diverse communities and fostering career development opportunities. This volunteer position requires a passionate and forward-thinking leader who is dedicated to promoting technological literacy and inspiring the next generation of innovators.

    • *Key Responsibilities:**
    • **Community Engagement:**
    • Develop and maintain relationships with middle schools, high schools, colleges, and local organizations to promote FutureTech Foundation's mission.
    • Organize and lead community outreach events, workshops, and mentorship programs focusing on emerging technologies such as nanorobotics, 3D bioprinting, AI, and neural networks.
    • Collaborate with educational institutions and partners to identify engagement opportunities.
    • **Career Development:**
    • Design and implement career development initiatives, including mentorship programs, tech career guidance, and networking events.
    • Develop educational tools and content to prepare individuals for careers in future technology fields like surgical robotics, quantum computing, and brain-computer interfaces.
    • Support participants in accessing internships, job shadowing opportunities, and skill-building resources.
    • **Leadership and Collaboration:**
    • Work closely with other directors and volunteers to align community engagement efforts with the foundation's strategic goals.
    • Build and lead a volunteer team to support events and career development initiatives.
