WEDNESDAYS Be a Volunteer Coach (Virtual)- Help a Women Reach Her Financial Goals!

We are currently looking for Coaches to join our WEDNESDAY program starting September 10, 2025 from 6:30-8:00PM EST Virtually!!

WMM builds the financial literacy, confidence, and security of women and girls living on low incomes, through a unique program that combines instructional workshops and personal, one-to-one coaching. Volunteer coaches serve as personal mentors. You don't have to be a finance expert to be a coach. All you need is the desire to help a woman in your community make the most of the money she has.

As a volunteer coach, you’ll provide ongoing, one-on-one support for your client - and we’ll support you in that effort. As a start, here’s a summary of what we ask of our coaches:

- A genuine interest in and commitment to working with women living on low income

- Strict confidentiality of all client financial and personal information

- A 12 week commitment to your participant (90 minutes a week)

- Participation in a one-hour coaches’ orientation

The programs run weekly establishing a partnership for mutual goals between the participant and coach to both succeed.
