Lead a Tai-Chi Class in Walnut Creek (Arboleda)

Do you enjoy Tai-Chi and teaching others to live healthier lives? Volunteer to lead a Tai-Chi class for seniors! Classwould be held on the first and third Monday of the month from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Arboleda, our property in Walnut Creek.

The volunteer will prepare an agenda for each class and lead residents through various exercises while providing positive feedback and support. If you're looking to make a difference in your community, this is a wonderful opportunity to gain teaching experience with students who are eager to learn.

Requirements: Ongoing SAHA Community Volunteers must commit to volunteer a minimum of 4 months, and must complete a volunteer orientation, volunteer forms and background screening prior to beginning their placement.
