On Tuesday evening, families who have experienced sexual abuse and neglect come together at CARE House for group therapy and healing. You can be a vital part of their journey by providing a warm, nourishing meal-offering comfort and connection before the session even begins.
By providing, preparing, and serving dinner, you allow families to focus on healing without the added stress of planning a meal.
This is a wonderful opportunity for work groups, church groups, NHS members, or individuals who enjoy cooking and want to give back in a meaningful way. Meals are served at 5:30 PM on Tuesdays at CARE House, and volunteers can use our fully equipped kitchen on-site to prepare food, or bring prepared foods that are ready-to-eat.
Your support helps create a welcoming, supportive environment for families on their path to healing.
