    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to define and refine the product vision based on the organization's objectives and market demand and to elicit detailed product requirements and ensure clarity and consensus on what needs to be built.
    • Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
    • Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications, user stories, and wireframes, working closely with the design and development teams.
    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring alignment across the board.
    • Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, ensuring products meet user needs and business objectives.
    • Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure products are user-centric.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven track record in product management, with specific experience in business analysis.
    • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data to inform product decisions.
    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations and translating technical jargon into actionable insights.
    • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies, ensuring efficient collaboration with technical teams.
    • Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions balancing intuition, data, user feedback, and business needs.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust in a dynamic environment, absorbing new information and adjusting strategies accordingly.
