University Chapter Leader

Are you a university student (or know someone who is) in the U.S, U.K or Canada? One for the World is seeking visionary University Chapter Leaders to spearhead the effective giving movement on your campus. You'll organize engaging events and outreach initiatives (like campus tabling) to inspire your university community to take the 1% pledge. We provide personal mentorship, funding for club expenses, regularly scheduled training sessions and bootcamps, a network of established professionals, and yearly in-person conferences.

Passionate about helping those living in extreme poverty and willing to put in extra effort towards this goal.

Excited about building and leading a team because chapter success depends on your ability to recruit new chapter members and get them excited about One for the World and The 1% Pledge.

Innovative and nimble because we know you are busy, and so are the people you invite to take The 1% Pledge, so strategizing for your specific campus and your team’s capacity will ultimately determine your chapter’s success.

Network Expansion: One for the World as a large networks of students and professionals from highly regarded schools such as UPenn and Oxford, and companies such as Google, Bloomberg and Reddit! We meet twice yearly IRL, with travel expenses on us!
