Event Assistance - Moon Over Maclay Jazz Concert

Description
Each fall, Moon Over Maclay welcomes guests to an elegant evening of jazz, lights, and community - set against the backdrop of the historic Alfred B. Maclay Gardens.
We are seeking event volunteers to assist our team with greeting visitors, parking operations, pulling wagons, and more. Please follow the link below to our event volunteer registration form:
Volunteers will report to check in no later than 4 PM on the event day to complete paperwork and receive task assignments. There will be an informational meeting and potluck at 12:30 PM on October 1st for all who are able to attend, though it is not required for participation in the event.
Youth volunteers must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or group leader for the duration of their volunteer service.
