    Volunteer Orientation and Wish Granter Training takes about 1.5-2 hours. Each meeting with a Wish Child and their family is about 1-1.5 hours, and periodic Wish Boosts are completed on the Volunteer's own time.

    Bilingual Wish Granter, Make-A-Wish Wisconsin

    The Make-A-Wish Wisconsin's mission is 'together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses'.

    Wish Granters work in teams of two alongside Make-A-Wish staff to ensure every eligible child’s wish comes true. In-person and virtual options available.

    Wish Granters meet with the Wish Child and their family to determine the child’s most heartfelt wish ideas, plan special 'Wish Boosts' while MAW WI staff works to make their wish come true, and they celebrate with the wish family once their child's wish is granted.
