    Description

    To celebrate National Public Lands Day, Hanson Park is organizing a massive volunteer day of service. Each volunteer opportunity will help restore and preserve the public land of Hanson Park. There are volunteer opportunities for all ages. Projects are first come-first serve. The list of projects to choose from includes trail maintenance, invasive species removal, trash cleanup, and BioBlitz (requires a phone, ipad, or camera). Gloves and tools will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend you wear close-toed shoes, sturdy clothing, and bring a water bottle.
