A friendly visitor volunteer provides simple companionship or social activity to residents in order to enhance their overall quality of life. Friendly visitors are not responsible for investigating or attempting to resolve complaints. Friendly visitors undergo a 2 hours training and meet with their resident 2 hours a week.
