    Description

    🎉 Event Setup Superstars

Build the magic before it begins!

Are you the kind of person who loves transforming a blank space into something beautiful and buzzing with energy? Join us as an Event Setup Volunteer and help lay the foundation for a memorable experience!

    What you'll do:

    • Arrange tables, chairs, signage, and supplies
    • Decorate the space to create a welcoming vibe
    • Unpack, organize, and prep materials for activities
    • Troubleshoot setup needs and lend a hand wherever it’s needed

You’re perfect for this role if you:

    • Enjoy working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly
    • Have an eye for detail and a knack for organization
    • Don’t mind a little lifting, moving, and creative problem-solving
    • Want to be part of the action before the crowd arrives

Why it matters: Your work sets the stage—literally—for connection, creativity, and community. Without you, the event doesn’t happen!

Let’s build something amazing together 💪✨
