    Description

    Business Development Executive

    The organization is seeking a Volunteer Business Relations Specialist responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses to identify employers for posting job listings on IEJL’s career website, participating in the business affinity program, and providing sponsorship funding. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and corporations by identifying prospective businesses, developing a marketing strategy to grow employer participation, and conducting corporate outreach.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify potential business partners for IEJL.

    • Develop a marketing strategy to increase employer participation and secure sponsorships.

    • Create a strategy and structure for IEJL's business affinity program, including branding, levels of engagement, communication and cultivation strategies, participant recognition, and affirmation.

    • Identify potential partners for IEJL’s Pledge Benefit Programs.

    • Conduct outreach to recruit new companies into IEJL’s business programs.

    • Strengthen relationships by collaborating with neighboring businesses.

    • Manage and optimize IEJL's existing business portfolio.
