Your day kicks off with morning tea at 7:30 am, followed by a substantial meal around 9-9:30 am before heading to the hospital or health center. Working 4-6 hours a day, six days a week, with Saturdays off, this schedule offers generous free time. Explore the local culture, connect with health professionals, and immerse yourself in diverse healthcare environments.

    Accommodation & Meals:

Participants stay with local families in either villages or cities, enjoying a private room with essential furniture. Meals, served three times daily, feature Dal Bhat Tarkari, a cornerstone of Nepali cuisine.

In city areas, host families typically provide Wi-Fi, western toilets, and hot showers. Village homestays may have limited access to these facilities, offering a unique experience that compensates for any limitations.
