Overview:

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and asking good questions. As our Volunteer Interview Volunteer, you’ll help us meet, screen, and welcome potential volunteers with clarity and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to volunteer inquiries via VolunteerMatch, email, or our site

• Set up and conduct screening interviews (Google Meet or Phone)

• Vet candidates based on mission fit, time availability, and role needs

• Track interview notes and share placement suggestions

• Assign volunteer email addresses and track onboarding status

• Support recruitment outreach if needed

You’re Great At:

• Talking to new people and listening well

• Keeping things organized and moving

• Using Google Workspace or email tools

• Following checklists and timelines

• Caring about a mission that matters

Bonus if you:

• Have some HR, interviewing, or volunteer experience

• Want to grow your confidence in communications
