    Richmond Habitat for Humanity is looking for build volunteers that can help Wednesday-Saturday. Build shift times are 8am-3pm and volunteers must be able to commit to the whole shift.

    MORE ABOUT VOLUNTEERING ON A BUILD:

    • All builds are supervised by a Habitat employed Site Supervisor and we provide all necessary tools, materials and PPE.
    • Minimum age: APLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP IF AGE 16 OR 17: All volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer on a construction site. Any volunteers under the age of 18 cannot use power tools or ladders and scaffolding that are more than 4 feet.
    • Clothing: Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing that they don't mind getting dirty. Dress appropriately for the weather and keep in mind that neither indoor nor outdoor work sites have heat or air conditioning.
    • Please be advised that a Volunteer Waiver is required to participate in this opportunity. This is completed on Richmond Habitat's Volunteer Site.
