Office Assistant

Our office is currently in need of office clerical support volunteer persons to assist in daily functions. Perform general and various office duties, under the supervision of the Office Executive Administrator and Executive Director.

Our administrative office is equipped with several workstations where many clerical tasks are accomplished on a daily basis. We would like those with basic or intermediate office skills of Google Sheets/Docs, data entry, Microsoft office skills,(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher), filing, copying, printing, mailing, making labels, etc. If you do not have experience we will train. We are very experienced in helping those with little skills, become skilled office workers and we do give a reference when you are done with the program.

You will need to attend our 2 hour orientation interview. Applications will be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Applicants must be available for 2 hours when turning in the application, for orientation and interview on the same day. Adult applicants will also be required to undergo fingerprints the same day (off-site) which is $30 for self-volunteers. (Minors will not have to undergo a background check).
