    Family Care Unit Reception

    *Greeting guests and walking them to their destinations

    *Offering coffee, tea and water to visitors

    *Orienting visitors to the layout of the unit (high level)

    *Answering telephones, making copies and other small projects- assemble birth certificate packets

    *Assist will patient transport discharge
