    Description

Rea of Hope Fundraiser for NPC

We are holding our 5th annual fundraiser for Niemann-Pick Type C (NPC) on September 27th at the Bellingham Town Common. NPC is an extremely rare, progressive disease that is affecting a 6th grader in our Bellingham Community. Her name is Reagan but she is known as Rea of Hope to her army of supporters. NPC is frequently referred to as Childhood Alzheimer’s. There are currently no approved treatment or cure. All money raised will go to Hope for Marian. Hope for Marian Research Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization intent on finding a cure and support patient access to care for NPC.

Our event in September will be targeted at children and families featuring activities, family friendly entertainment and a series of raffles/silent auction. There will be free family friendly entertainment going on throughout the event. An entertainment schedule will be posted closer to the event. There will also be additional paid activities including:

    • carnival games with prizes
    • face painting
    • sand art
    • pumpkin decorating
    • friendship bracelets

There will also be tables with raffles/silent auction, bake sales and Rea of Hope merchandise/crafts to purchase.

We look forward to this event all year and we hope this year is the best one yet!! We hope that you can join us!!
