Senior Box/ Veteran's Marketplace

We have daily volunteer opportunities for individuals or large groups. We have a walk in policy for individuals or groups of 2 or 3 people. You can come on in to 526 High St. Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM until 2:30 PM. We also have opportunities for larger groups Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. We ask that large groups call to schedule a time to come in to volunteer.

Our 2 ongoing volunteer opportunities are our Senior Box Program and our Veteran's Marketplace. The Senior Box Program is reserved for large groups. When volunteering for the Senior Box Program we will split the group up to have half on one side of the conveyor belt and half on the other as the senior box goes down the conveyor belt you will pack it with food. The Veteran's Marketplace supplies veterans and their families with much needed food. There are several tasks that can be done to help with the marketplace such as checking cans for dates, helping set up for the marketplace, packing food bags, and assisting veterans while they "shop" through the marketplace.
