accessible mindset resources that empower individuals to

navigate life’s challenges and live more resilient, fulfilling lives.

Overview:

Leads the cultivation and stewardship of individual donors by developing communication strategies, organizing appreciation campaigns, and supporting major gifts development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain donor database and contact logs
• Send personalized thank-you notes and updates
• Plan donor communications and appeal campaigns
• Coordinate donor appreciation events or virtual meetups

Preferred Skills:

• Donor management platforms (e.g., Bloomerang, Salesforce)
• Copywriting and storytelling skills
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up abilities
