    Commitment Details:
    Classes meet once a week for six weeks and are held anytime between 9am to 8pm, Tuesday-Friday.
 Each week it requires a time commitment of two hours of class time, plus 30 minutes of prep time before class (3 hours per week).

There is no professional experience required to volunteer for a Cooking Matters series.

    We are seeking volunteers to join as volunteer cooking instructors, nutrition instructors, or class assistants! We have volunteer opportunities in SF, Contra Costa, and Alameda counties. There is no professional experience required to volunteer, just an interest in healthy eating & cooking, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
