    Position Overview

    We’re seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to help grow our online presence and connect with job seekers, students, and career changers. You will play a key role in developing and posting content, increasing engagement, and supporting our mission of career empowerment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a weekly social media content plan
    • Create engaging posts (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
    • Monitor and respond to messages and comments
    • Track analytics and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics
    • Promote events, success stories, and volunteer opportunities
    • Work closely with the Founder to align messaging with our mission

    Qualifications

    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
    • Strong writing and visual content creation skills
    • Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite (a plus)
    • Passion for helping others and interest in career development
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
