    Description

    The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team to ensure efficient operation of the organization. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing communications and reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, email monitoring
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up tasks
    • Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of executives
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
    • Liaise with staff, board members, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of executives
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
    • Support project management and assist with organizational initiatives as needed
    • Perform other executive-level administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership (nonprofit or mission-driven experience a plus)
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
