Foster Assistant Coordinator This role is responsible for helping the foster team stay organized by coordinating and facilitating meetings, ensuring team communication and assisting with other tasks as needed. This role requires someone who is reliable, organized and self-motivated; must have strong written and verbal communication skills. This role is 90% remote and is likely 4-6 hrs a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling weekly Foster Team meetings; develop agenda, take minutes and send meeting materials
- Participate in project planning and coordination
- Follow-up with individuals to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time
- Work with Foster team and potential fosters to schedule home visits
