    Once you submit the necessary paperwork you are able to sign up for shifts at your leisure. We have volunteers who volunteer once a week, once a month, or every so often - We are flexible!

    Help serve FREE MEALS to the Tri-Valley community!

    People from all walks of life depend on Open Heart Kitchen for their next nutritional meal. Volunteer for the Community Meal Program and work alongside the OHK staff to serve our neighbors! Whether you are scooping mash potatoes, pasta, veggies, or gravy you can feel confident that you are fighting food insecurity in the Tri-Valley... even if it's just one scoop at a time!

    Shifts are avaialble Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM. Thank you!
