Helping Hands Volunteer

Brief Job Description:

This position is an as needed position that assists TGGP staff and other volunteers with inspecting, sorting, counting, labeling, organizing and prepping for storage, items donated to TGGP. This volunteer may also be called up to assist with various administrative/clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

Completion of TGGP orientation within 30 days of start date. Intake, sorting, inspecting, counting and preparation of donations for storage or delivery to a SART facility or CBO. Various administrative/clerical duties, including but not limited to folding brochures, copying, printing, mailing, filing, organizing paperwork, etc.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail, organized, good with numbers, able to work as part of a team or alone, Word and Excel experience, has access to transportation, reliable, and can work in a multitude of size spaces.
