    Call for Volunteers: Support Immigrant Students in the DMV

    The Esperanza Education Fund is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals committed to uplifting immigrant students in our community.

    Esperanza is a volunteer-led nonprofit that provides college scholarships and mentorship to immigrant students in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Since our founding in 2009 by a diverse group of young professionals, we have awarded nearly $1.5 million in scholarships to first-generation and immigrant students. Esperanza scholarships are awarded regardless of ethnicity, national origin, or immigration status.

    We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following roles:

    • Board members
    • Event planning
    • Data management
    • Alumni engagement
    • Fundraising
    • Or bring your unique strengths - we welcome your ideas!
