Key Responsibilities

As our Volunteer Program Architect, you will:

• Strategic Program Design: Lead the design and conceptualization of diverse volunteer programs and initiatives that directly support YouthShare Initiatives' strategic goals, from mentorship and educational outreach to community projects and advocacy campaigns.
• Volunteer Lifecycle Mapping: Develop comprehensive volunteer lifecycle frameworks, including recruitment pathways, onboarding processes, training modules, engagement strategies, and recognition programs, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
• Impact & Measurement Frameworks: Establish clear metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of volunteer programs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Tool & Resource Development: Identify, select, and implement appropriate tools, platforms, and resources (e.g., volunteer management software, training materials) to enhance program efficiency and volunteer experience.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with project managers and department leads to identify volunteer needs, integrate volunteer efforts into existing initiatives, and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of global best practices in volunteer management and community engagement, constantly seeking innovative approaches to attract, retain, and empower our volunteer base.
• Documentation & Guidelines: Develop clear program guidelines, volunteer handbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all volunteer activities.
