    Instructions:

    Responsibilities

    • Research potential grant opportunities and maintain an updated grant calendar.
    • Draft letters of inquiry (LOIs), proposals, and supporting documents for grant submissions.
    • Assist in developing fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
    • Support the creation of donor impact reports, thank-you letters, and stewardship materials.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to organize fundraising events and campaigns.
    • Track funding opportunities, deadlines, and submitted proposals.
    • Help maintain accurate donor and funder databases.
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and special projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent research and organizational abilities.
    • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, development, or grant writing (preferred but not required).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence and advancing women’s empowerment.
