    We require that volunteers commit to a regular, weekly volunteer shift. All shifts are three hours and shifts are available Monday through Friday.

    Description

    Thanks to community members like you, we can continue to provide support to our network of food pantries throughout Marion and Polk counties.

    Warehouse volunteers support our warehouse team in the following areas:

    Volunteer Action Center (VAC)

    Sort and repack donated food into family sized amounts for our partners.

    Retail Recovery

    Sort and repack fresh produce, dairy products, and refrigerated items donated from local grocery stores to ensure only the highest quality food is distributed to our neighbors.

    We have limited shift capacity and require volunteers to commit to a regular, weekly shift.

    2 shifts available:

    • Monday through Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 PST
    • Monday through Thursday.: 12:30 to 15:30 PST
