    Must pass a background check, which includes being fingerprinted at no cost to you. Administrative assistant volunteers have to be familiar with Microsoft EXCEL and Word.

    Description

    The Aquarium Adminstrative Assistant will assist staff with office-based duties including organizing files, on-site library, photographic slides and photographs. Computer-based work may include editing correspondence and internet-based product searches. Necessary skills include good organizational skills, basic knowledge of computers including internet and Microsoft software, detail oriented and clean driving record.

    Please note that all volunteers are required to undergo fingerprinting and a background check.
