Funding / Finance Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Funding / Finance Manager to develop funding strategies, build relationships with funding partners, and design financing models for housing projects. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience looking to make an impact and transition into a meaningful next chapter of their career.

What you will be doing

Develop and implement funding strategies and financing models

Build and maintain relationships with funding partners

Oversee project budgets, planning, and reporting

Support grant writing and proposal development

Provide strategic financial guidance to support LandSeed initiatives

What we are looking for

10+ years in finance, funding strategy, or project financing

Strong experience with stakeholder management and funding partnerships

Knowledge of project financing models and non-profit funding structures

Passion for housing, sustainability, and social impact
