    Description of the Role

    The Social Media Manager will lead LandSeed’s digital presence by creating and executing a content strategy across multiple platforms. This role involves content planning, community engagement, analytics tracking, and collaboration with design and video teams. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical able to craft compelling content, maintain brand voice, and make data-informed decisions.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
    • Create, curate, and schedule platform-specific content aligned with LandSeed’s mission and brand voice
    • Monitor social performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, CTR, ROI) and generate regular analytics reports
    • Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned tone
    • Collaborate with the design team on visual content and the video team on short-form video storytelling
    • Stay up to date with algorithm updates, platform changes, and social media best practices
    • Support campaign rollouts and organization-wide announcements with strategic social execution
    • Track and report insights to inform future content and improve audience engagement

    Required Experience/Skills

    • 2+ years of professional social media management experience
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools
    • Excellent writing, editing, and brand voice development skills
    • Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
    • Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in a social media marketing role
    • Experience with influencer marketing or social partnerships
    • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Familiarity with content planning calendars and brand storytelling

    Tools & Platforms You’ll Use

    • Scheduling & Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
    • Analytics: Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics
    • Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic)
    • Paid Media: Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • Community Management: Native tools and engagement platforms
