Description
The MyChart portal has a wealth of information. Unfortunately, not all our patients are savvy enough to use it. As a digital navigator, you would assist patients one-on-one with their MyChart accounts.
This role is for you if you:
- Are well versed in using technology
- Enjoy interacting with a variety of people
- Like taking time to solve problems and ensure each person’s needs are met
- Speak Somali or Spanish - not a requirement but a bonus!
