    Empowering the Next Generation of Democratic Leaders

    Our program is designed to equip young Democrats with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to become effective organizers and community leaders.

    You’ll gain real-world experience by leading and supporting key campaign activities, including:

    • Canvassing (door-knocking)
    • In-person and virtual phone banking
    • Mobilizing Democratic-leaning voters
    • Using essential campaign tools like Votebuilder/VAN
    • ...and much more.

    This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in local races through November 2026.

    Additional Benefits Include:

    • Weekly virtual organizing workshops (covering topics such as turf cutting, VAN navigation, assembling phone lists, and volunteer scheduling software)
    • Eligibility for class, college, or civic engagement credit (where applicable)
    • Personalized mentorship, guidance, and strong letters of recommendation
