    Description

    Website Coordinator

    Who We Are

At Creshendo, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. We co-create solutions with displaced communities—always listening, collaborating, and centering lived experiences. Fueled by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we’re building innovative and inclusive programs that reimagine what’s possible for displaced people everywhere. If you’re excited to challenge the status quo and help transform lives, you’ll feel at home here.

    About the Role

We’re looking for a Website Coordinator to help maintain and improve Creshendo’s WordPress site. This role makes sure our online presence is accurate, accessible, and welcoming — the digital front door for people discovering our work. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem solving, and like keeping things organized behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

You don’t need to be a full-stack developer — just comfortable with WordPress and open to learning. You’ll play a key role in making sure our site reflects our mission and supports our global campaigns.

    What You’ll Do

    • Maintain and update Creshendo’s WordPress website with accurate, timely content.
    • Add new pages, blog posts, and resources to support ongoing programs and campaigns.
    • Monitor plugin updates, backups, and site security.
    • Ensure the website is functional, mobile-friendly, and visually consistent with our brand.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to align website messaging with campaigns.
    • Suggest improvements based on website performance and user experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience managing WordPress websites (Elementor or other page builders a plus).
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor edits.
    • Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a remote, volunteer team.

Bonus points if you also have:

    • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or accessibility best practices
    • Previous experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations

    Why Join?

    • Contribute directly to a mission supporting displaced communities
    • Gain real-world experience managing a live website
    • Collaborate with an international, passionate team
    • Flexible time commitment (around 5–10 hours per month, remote)

    How to Apply

Send a quick note to hr@creshendo.org with why this role interests you, along with any relevant experience. A portfolio or site links are welcome but not required.
