What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Elevate User Experience (UX): Improve the overall user journey and navigation of the website, making it more intuitive and engaging.
• Visual Design & Aesthetics (UI): Enhance the visual design of the site, ensuring a modern, professional, and consistent look that aligns with our brand identity.
• Conceptualize New Pages: Design mock-ups and wireframes for new website pages or sections as needed.
• Blog & Article Template Creation: Design professional and engaging templates for our blog and analytical articles, ensuring readability and visual appeal for complex content.
• Design System & Consistency: Help establish or refine visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the entire website.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are fully responsive and optimized for a seamless experience across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Who We're Looking For: Your Skills & Passion

• Design Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in web design principles, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design (UX/UI).
• Software Skills: Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• WordPress Acumen: Understanding of design constraints and best practices for WordPress themes and content integration.
• Creative & Detail-Oriented: A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Problem-Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to design challenges.
