    Description

Love Talking to Seniors? Consider Becoming an Ombudsman Advocate

Seniors in long term care sometimes need someone to talke to or confide in. Are you a good listener and enjoy building relationships? Are you a problem solver, or do you enjoy unraveling a mystery? Can you hold information in confidence, but speak up when needed to advocate for another? Then you might make a good Ombudsman advocate and help make a difference in an elder’s life.

Ombudsman visit people in licensed residential or skilled nursing care. We help ensure residents are receiving quality care and have a good quality of life while under care, and that both residents and facility staff understand residents' rights.

Are you passionate about protecting residents' dignity and quality of life? Come be part of the Ombudsman team who are trained to help protect vulnerable seniors living in licensed care in our communities. Senior Advocacy Services is looking for volunteers to join our team of certified Ombudsman advocates. Certification Training provided. Call Today!
