GBD's Trivia Night

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the following:

Set Up (4:15-6:00): Volunteers will help with putting tablecloths on tables, setting up projectors/screens, bar, and registration table.

Scorecard collecting (7:00-10:00): Volunteers will help collect score cards from the tables after each round and deliver them to the judges' table.

Break Down (9:45-10:45): Volunteers will help with taking tablecloths off tables, breaking down projectors/screens, bar, and registration table.

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

The money raised at this event will be used to fund the programs and services that GBD provides throughout the year to the children and families in our local community with a bleeding disorder. These include educational scholarships, emergency financial assistance, bleeding disorders camp, Family Education Weekend, a youth golf team, support groups for men, women, and teens, and a teen retreat.

• Set Up: Saturday November 08, 2025 - 16:15 to 18:00 CST
• Scorecard Collecting: Saturday November 08, 2025 - 19:00 to 22:00 CST
• Break Down: Saturday November 08, 2025 - 21:45-22:45 CST
