    Description

    Looking for a Receptionist for Friday mornings, 830-12. Duties include:

    Answer telephone

    • take message, or
    • transfer to a Case Manager

    Greet walk-in clients

    • fill out the Sign-In sheet
    • find out what services they are seeking
    • hand off to Case Manager or Food Pantry volunteer

    As time permits, keep the waiting area neat, assist with incoming donations, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. Multi-lingual a plus.
