As a Client Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with job seekers referred to our Clothing & Coaching Program, helping them prepare for success from the moment they walk into an interview. You’ll assist clients in selecting professional attire, offer tips on grooming and presentation, and provide supportive coaching on essential interview soft skills.

Your encouragement and guidance can make all the difference in someone’s journey to employment.

What you'll do:

• Offer personalized support during the interview outfit selection process

• Coach clients on soft skills and professional presentation

• Help maintain an organized and welcoming client service area

• Work onsite at our CTW office
