    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Review and analyze existing program materials for content relevance and impact.
    • Research best practices and evidence-based models in domestic violence prevention, healthy relationships, and youth empowerment.
    • Assist in developing new program structures, lesson plans, and participant activities.
    • Create measurable learning objectives and outcomes for each program.
    • Support the design of program guides, facilitator manuals, and participant workbooks.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure programs are trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
    • Recommend strategies for program delivery (in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats).
    • Develop evaluation tools such as surveys and progress trackers to measure participant success.
    • Assist in identifying potential community partnerships and resources to support program growth.

    Qualifications

    • Strong interest in program development, social work, education, or nonprofit management.
    • Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with curriculum design, education, or workshop facilitation (preferred but not required).
    • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into actionable program frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or Canva.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Passionate about women’s empowerment, domestic violence prevention, and youth advocacy.
