    About Us

Entitled Futures(eF) is an emotional competence consultancy focusing on tailored behavioral health strategies for public, private, and non-profit organizations. EF is dedicated to enhancing the mental resilience of youth ages 12-25, through drop-in therapy and peer mentoring programs. Providing the tools they need to shape their destinies and contribute to a thriving society by instilling a sense of entitlement to a bright future.

    About the Role

Entitled Futures is looking for passionate, driven college students to join our Youth Leader Auxiliary Board—a group of young change-makers dedicated to improving mental health access and support for students in schools and communities. As a board member, you’ll help shape the future of our on-site therapy and peer mentoring programs, provide feedback on new initiatives, and create real impact through advocacy, outreach, and leadership. You’ll be the bridge between youth and mental health professionals—bringing lived experience, cultural insight, and empathy into everything we do.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the planning and promotion of on-site drop-in therapy spaces
    • Represent student voice in our programs and campaigns
    • Lead peer wellness activities and workshops at schools and community events
    • Participate in board meetings and working groups with Entitled Futures staff
    • Contribute to the development of new resources, mental health materials, and youth-focused content
    • Collaborate with other student leaders and help build a movement that centers emotional wellness in education
    • Virtual and in-person opportunities available

    What You’ll Gain:

    • Leadership experience and public speaking practice
    • Hands-on mental health advocacy skills
    • Connections to professionals in therapy, education, and nonprofit leadership
    • Opportunities to co-create future programming, including possible certifications or academic credit
    • Resume-building experience that matters—especially for careers in social work, psychology, education, public health, or community organizing
    • A chance to make schools safer, more caring, and more inclusive for youth like you

    Ideal For:

    • College students who are passionate about mental health, equity, and youth voice
    • Future therapists, educators, youth workers, or community leaders
    • Students with lived experience navigating mental health, identity, and school-based challenges
    • People who care deeply about building a culture where emotional well-being is taken seriously
