    Seeking Passionate Leaders: Join the Board of Rebuilding Together North Texas!

    Are you ready to use your skills and network to create lasting change in your community? Rebuilding Together North Texas, a highly regarded nonprofit dedicated to providing critical home repairs for low-income homeowners, is looking for four new board members with expertise in:

    • Senior Citizens
    • Military Service
    • Real Estate
    • Public Relations
    • Business Development
    • Dallas Philanthropy

    What We’re Looking For:

    We’re seeking dedicated, experienced professionals who:

    • Have a strong network of potential donors and sponsors. Connections within Dallas professional sports zones (football, hockey, basketball, cricket) are a significant plus!
    • Thrive on action. We are a working board-every member takes on essential fundraising and development tasks.
    • Deliver on commitments. A high "Say/Do" ratio is key to success on our board.
    • Embrace our mission and values. You should feel comfortable building relationships with sponsors, sharing our stories, and making or securing financial contributions of at least $5,000 annually.
    Board Member Expectations:
    • Active Participation - Attend monthly board meetings (held on the 4th Tuesday in Plano/Allen/McKinney area).
    • Committee Engagement - Serve on at least two committees to help drive our mission forward.
    • Event Support - Attend all major events and bring potential new donors to the table.
    • Fundraising Leadership - Cultivate relationships with sponsors and donors, confidently advocate for higher levels of support, and help expand our network.
